General requirements for technical positions: 3 years project, installation or programming experience in either mainframe or UNIX operating system environments. Successful candidates will be team-oriented, have excellent customer relation and project management skills and will have the ability to meet deadlines. Regular travel to client sites may be required. Preference will be given to applicants who do not need relocation assistance.
Position Title: Account Manager The Account Manager creates sales leads via telephone, ensures that information gets to the prospective customers. This position interfaces with Consultants to create solutions. During the customers' trial period the Account Manager contacts the customers using products on trial to close a permanent sale of the products.
Position Title: Consultant The Consultant assists sales representatives in selling ISIS products and services. He interfaces with account managers to create solutions for customers, answer customer questions, assist in contract closure, write technical estimations for consulting work and implement trials with prospective customers. A Consultant also develops customized document applications. He analyzes customer data to determine the development required to produce the application. He also delivers customer and internal training classes. Classes are delivered at ISIS locations and at the customer site. In addition to class presentations, he will need to develop new course materials for new products.
