We address a major enterprise challenge: inefficient access to unstructured data. Using an example from the insurance industry, we'll demonstrate how an AI Agent powered by watsonx transforms document search and understanding. The solution provides two key capabilities: Intelligent Document Analysis and Supported Agentic Meeting preparation. The AI Agent acts as a smart helper, generating topic-related summaries, locating documents, providing sourced answers and supporting the process around it. Ultimately, this case study shows how an AI solution can deliver a quantifiable return on investment (ROI), reducing manual effort and improving efficiency, accuracy and quality of core business processes.
