AIIM20 Conference Features Workplace Equity Sessions

Papyrus Software supports Women in Information Management efforts

February 24, 2020, Silver Spring, MD -- The Association for Intelligent Information Management (AIIM), welcomes Papyrus Software as a foundational sponsor for its Women in Information Management (WIIM) community. Formed just four years ago, WIIM has hosted a variety of topic-based events designed to educate and empower women in the workplace in general, and in the Intelligent Information Management (IIM) industry in particular.

The upcoming AIIM20 Conference in Dallas will feature several WIIM-led sessions in roundtable format. Annemarie Pucher, CEO of Papyrus Group said, “Papyrus Software understands and supports a global community where women in leadership are the fabric of our workplace and not just the exception. In our technology/ engineering initiatives we work to engage with the best of breed with a focus on cultural dexterity.” Female executives from Papyrus Software will host a panel discussion titled “Advancing Gender Equity in the Workplace: it takes MALE and FEMALE champions.” Gender equity champions are career enablers who enhance visibility among top leadership and welcome a broad range of leadership styles to ensure that no talent is bypassed. The conference panel is comprised of champions who actively work with male and female coworkers to become allies for this important cause.
