Business First was an important goal Dow Jones set for their new global business communication solution. The new system will allow for business creativity and flexibility in product offerings, plus pricing and placement of promotional content across lines of business. Dow Jones Business Teams requested the ability to create new and reusable templates, in multiple languages including Asian and several billing currencies that will serve multiple lines of businesses and countries, products and customers. Invoicing customers can be per ad-hoc request, moving from paper to email and Webportal avoiding payment delays.
