ISIS Papyrus Opens Paris-based French Subsidiary
Will Provide Improved Customer Support, New Products
PARIS, NOV. 3, 2003
ISIS Papyrus Software, a leading
global supplier of document automation software has established
a new Paris-based subsidiary to provide better customer service
and faster access to new products for its growing customer
base in France.
“Our client base in France is already substantial,” said Annemarie
Pucher, head of global sales and marketing for ISIS Papyrus. “The time
is right for us to make an even greater commitment to the French market.”
ISIS clients in France include BNP Paribas, Press Informatique,
Renault, San Paolo, SDI, Speos, Gestitres, and many others,
she said.
The new Paris-based French subsidiary, ISIS Papyrus France
SARL, located at La Grande Arche Paroi Nord, 92044 Paris
La Défense, will provide:

High-quality technical support, including a local hotline,
for new and existing customers; |

Industry-specific document solutions, including financial
services, insurance, and telecom, as well as others; |

Consulting, implementation services, workshops and
training. |

ISIS previously served the French market through a business
partner, Connexion Informatique, but the customer base has
grown to the point
where a dedicated
ISIS-owned subsidiary is necessary to provide the highest level of
support, Ms. Pucher said. The agreement with Connexion Informatique
will end officially
on Jan. 1, 2004.
