ISIS Papyrus extends the scope of Enterprise Content Management and presents the Papyrus Correspondence System and Papyrus WebControl at CeBIT 2003

Maria Enzersdorf/Vienna, February 7, 2003

ISIS Papyrus presents the following new developments in the area of ‘Document Integration’ at CeBIT 2003, from March 12 to 19 in Hanover, Germany:

The Papyrus Document System for the Management of the complete lifecycle of a document is extended by the processing of incoming documents and data. The Papyrus Correspondence System enables each user to create personalized documents easily and fast. Papyrus WebControl is a powerful system for Document Process Management, Tracking and Monitoring.

ISIS Papyrus extends the scope of Enterprise Content Management
The Papyrus Document System for personalized business documents integrates capture technology to process incoming documents, classifying them and distributing them to a certain department or user. Papyrus uses artificial intelligence technology to group similarly structured documents together. Whether those responses come in through email or as letters and faxes, Papyrus can now capture the relevant data and trigger the creation of personalized correspondence. Data from unstructured forms can also be captured. Papyrus is the first and only corporate document solution worldwide that fully integrates incoming and outgoing correspondence into one system that covers the complete document lifecycle.

Papyrus Correspondence System
Any user can generate highly customized letters from predefined templates and document resources, versioned and stored in a central Papyrus Repository. Dynamic document assembly selects the correct text elements, graphics and other document resources and fills the letter with the variable customer information. The user can be prompted to customize data or to edit text using a simple text editor including spell checking. Depending on the authorization of the user and on the definition of the letter application, only some parts or all text of the letter can be edited. The letter then is automatically routed for review and when approved it is distributed for seamless, multi-channel output to print, fax and email servers and also to archive and Web processes.

Papyrus WebControl
Papyrus WebControl is a powerful system for centralized control and management of multiple devices. It delivers real-time status control of printing systems, security resource tracking, detailed event logging, remote access, production accounting and detailed reports of equipment performance and utilization. From the Papyrus Desktop, authorized users have centralized supervision and administration for their print, fax or archive jobs by monitoring all the processes running on a wide range of printers, on fax servers and archives. Users receive status feedback on every job. Agent technology is used to perform highly flexible process automation based on the document status. Papyrus WebControl is an easy to operate solution and fits neatly into every existing environment, raising operator and authorized user productivity.

The ISIS Papyrus booth is to be found in hall 1, 9a9.
