with Papyrus Objects a new technology to
manage and administer business documents
and correspondence at On Demand 2002
Southlake, March 27, 2002 - Papyrus Objects is a future-oriented
document management architecture. It is also an object-oriented
workflow solution across platforms, printers,
and users and provides Enterprise Application Integration
supporting a CRM approach for business documents. Papyrus
Objects is a dynamic infrastructure component which
evolves with the changing requirements of business applications
because the elements need no programming but are rather
defined as business objects. The user can access all
Papyrus System objects that he is authorized for via
a single sign-on desktop application. The authorization
is defined by roles and policies.
Besides Papyrus Objects ISIS presents its established
corporate document solutions at On Demand 2002. The
ISIS Papyrus Document System manages the document lifecycle
from the development of each application to formatting
and printing, to Internet distribution and archiving.
This includes the data interface, document logic, document
layout, and the printer resources at the design stage.
It is designed to create and manage personalized, marketing-oriented
customer documents for high-volume and client/server
applications. Documents can also be created from SAP-data
via a standardized interface.
Papyrus Capture is a high performance system for automated
recognition and data capture which converts scanned
business documents and forms into proven digital information.
The redesigned recognition logic quickly learns different
document types and reliably processes forms, invoices
and unstructured mailroom documents.
