At CeBIT 2002 ISIS Papyrus presents with Papyrus Objects a new technology to manage business documents and correspondence

Papyrus Objects is a future-oriented document management architecture. It is also an object-oriented workflow solution across platforms, printers and users and provides Enterprise Application Integration supporting a CRM approach for business documents. Papyrus Objects is a dynamic infrastructure component which evolves with the changing requirements of business applications because the elements need no programming but are rather defined as business objects. The user can access all Papyrus System objects that he is authorized for via a single sign-on desktop application. The authorization is defined via roles and policies.

Besides Papyrus Objects ISIS presents its established document management solutions at CeBIT 2002. The ISIS Papyrus Document System manages the document lifecycle from the development of each application to formatting and printing, to Internet distribution and archiving. This includes the data interface, document logic, document layout, and the printer resources at the design stage. It is designed to create and manage personalized, marketing-oriented customer documents for high-volume and client/server applications. Documents can also be created from SAP-data via a standardized interface.

Papyrus Capture is a high performance system for automated recognition and data capture, which converts scanned business documents and forms into proven digital information. The redesigned recognition logic quickly learns different document types and reliably
processes forms, invoices and unstructured mailroom documents.

Auf der CeBIT 2002 präsentiert ISIS Papyrus mit Papyrus Objects eine neue Technologie zum Management von Geschäftsdokumenten und Korrespondenz

Maria Enzersdorf, 12.Februar 2002 - Mit Papyrus Objects stellt ISIS eine zukunftsorientierte Dokumentenlösung zur Verfügung, die auch Elemente der Prozesssteuerung und die notwendige Integration mit Fachanwendungen in einem CRM-Konzept unterstützt. Papyrus Objects ist eine dynamische Infrastruktur, die in der Lage ist, sich wechselnden Anforderungen von Geschäftsanwendungen anzupassen, da keine Programmierung
erforderlich ist, sondern die Elemente als Business Objekte definiert werden. Der Anwender kann auf alle Papyrus System Objekte für die er die Berechtigung hat über seinen Desktop zugreifen. Eine Verwaltung der Berechtigungen ist über Rollen oder Privilegien möglich.

Ausser Papyrus Objects präsentiert ISIS ihre bewährten Dokumentenlösungen auf der CeBIT 2002. Das ISIS Papyrus Document System ist ein integriertes System, welches den
kompletten Lebenszyklus eines Dokumentes verwaltet, von der Entwicklung der Anwendung mit Datenschnittstelle, Logik und Layout, Formatierung und Druck, bis zur Internet Verteilung und Archivierung. Die gesamten Aufwände für Entwicklung, Output
Management, Drucken und Archivieren werden so wesentlich reduziert. Dokumente können ebenso mühelos aus SAP-Daten über eine standardisierte Schnittstelle erstellt werden.

Papyrus Capture wandelt gescannte Geschäftsdokumente und Formulare kostensparend in geprüfte, digitale Information um. Die neu entwickelte Erkennungslogik der Software erlernt rasch verschiedene unterschiedliche Dokumenttypen und verarbeitet Formulare, Rechnungen und unstrukturierte Dokumente der Eingangspost zuverlässig.
