COLLEYVILLE, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 8, 1998--
ISIS Papyrus America, Inc. the technology leader in
business document software, announces the availability
of 16.7 million color and Adobe Type 1 support for the
Papyrus Document System.
With the new support functionality, which is available
to all customers under maintenance agreement for free,
Papyrus users can develop FULL PAGE VARIABLE business
documents such as bank statements, fund management and
portfolio documents in desktop publishing quality.
Variable data-driven 2D and 3D charts are generated
on-the-fly and color images up to 16.7 million colors
are imbedded in CMYK format. The integrated Adobe Type
1 font engine provides the flexibility of choosing the
document printing resolution at formatting time rather
than at document design time without the need to install
additional Adobe or TrueType font software on any platform.
Banks, insurance, credit card or fund management companies,
just as direct marketing organizations, have now the
opportunity to produce a variable data print stream
at up to 500.000 pages per hour. The output can be split
from one document set across different printers from
240 dpi in black & white to 600 dpi TRUE COLOR and merge
them together in the post-processing into one envelope.
