Product Support personnel will contact you as
soon as your request was received and handled
by the ISIS Product Support server.
ISIS offers two types
of support:
1. Product support
If there is a problem with the Papyrus Software
Product (e.g. bug, software crash, etc.) please
contact the ISIS Product support team as given
below. In this case the ISIS
product support will have to reproduce the reported
problem at the ISIS lab, find a solution or
if necessary arrange with the ISIS Quality Assurance
and Development team a product fix or patch.
The update will be sent to you by the ISIS product
support team. Therefore a valid maintenance
agreement is required and no further costs will
be charged.
2. Application support
Problems with the coding of document applications
are outside the responsibility of the ISIS product
support. In this case the ISIS support team certainly
will try to assist as good as possible every
customer
in finding a solution. But finding developer's
mistakes, fine tuning of DOCDEF applications,
etc. requires detailed data, system and application
knowledge. Such tasks are perfectly suited for
ISIS consultants and need to be extra charged
and scheduled with the ISIS Marketing Services
(email:
info@isis-papyrus.com).
